Care Instructions:

To best care for beaded jewelry, hang or lie flat.  To straighten the fringe you can gently roll the beads between your fingers.

Avoid organic solvents that are in dry cleaning and perfumes to prolong the colors of your beads.  

Water, sweat and body products can deteriorate materials and shorten lifespan.

Clothing can be washed as normal but as with all clothing, they last the longest when washed gently in cold water and air dried.

Materials:

The beaded jewelry is made of high quality Japanese glass seed beads, nylon thread and a variety of earring hooks.  The material of earring hook will be listed in each listing.  I've always used sterling silver but as of lately I have been using some hypoallergenic findings.  

Apparel items have materials listed in each listing. They vary from 100% cotton to mixed fabric based on the item.

Repairs & Replacements:

If a piece of jewelry becomes damaged, please reach out and we can discuss getting it fixed at a minimal cost.  

Lost earrings happen!  If you lose an earring, there is no reason to scrap the one left behind.  Please reach out and I can replace the missing earring for 50% of the original pair price.

Customer Satisfaction/Returns:

I want to make sure my customers are 100% happy with their purchases.  We are not setup to process returns (except in cases of damaged product), however if you are unhappy with your purchase, need a different size, or have any other issue with your product please reach out directly to me at hellobackyardclub@gmail.com so we can fix the issue.
